Both hawks were back in the cypress tree today. They are carrying sticks to traditional nest tree, the live oak that grows up beside the bridge. The formation of a new nest can be seen now, on a branch that extends to the southwest. We actually have a view of the new nest from our loft window! This photo was taken from the loft! It is truly exciting to be able to watch their progress on the nest without disturbing them at all!
